A Calm Crow is a small healing sanctuary on South Mountain, about thirty minutes from Frederick. Reiki, sound baths, and quiet time with our horses, mule, and donkey, all by appointment, Wednesday through Sunday.

Appalachian Trail at Washington Monument State Park
The trail crosses South Mountain minutes from the sanctuary. A short morning walk pairs well with an afternoon session.
Antietam National Battlefield
Quiet fields and slow driving loops. Many guests visit before a sound bath and let the day stay unhurried.
Boonsboro Main Street
Small town bookshop, bakery, and cafes for lunch between your arrival and your appointment.
Greenbrier State Park
Lake swimming and picnic ground in summer, a calm place to land after equine time.
Planning your visit
Wear closed shoes and layers, the pasture holds the weather. Arrive ten minutes early so you can meet the herd before we begin. Sessions run rain or shine unless there is lightning, in which case we move indoors or reschedule at no cost.
